Instilling a healthier outlook for everyone.

The current system is rigged against you.

We believe there is a better way to deliver healthcare to employees and their families.

NeoPath Health was created for companies that wish to establish, empower and elevate their healthcare initiatives with the common denominator of investing in the well-being of their employees. NeoPath clinics are built for stronger doctor-patient relationships and then set in motion for the ultimate competitive advantage.

Our company is owned and operated, completely independent from insurance. This allows us to establish employer-owned clinics that are 100% focused on company and employee needs.

How we’re different.

We are willing and able to start small and expand over time so you never have to feel overextended. Together, we will work with you to determine the best path forward.

The NeoPath clinic offerings.

We dispense over 200 medications at cost.

We offer 30- or 60-minute appointment times.

Our clinics offer comprehensive care with a primary provider vs. referral to a specialist.

When you partner with us, you really partner with us. Your management agreement is with NeoPath.
We are completely transparent. All clinical costs are passed through to you with no markup.

Our monthly reporting gives you the insight you need to make informed decisions. Reporting includes utilization, costs, ROI, and patient survey results and comments.

Meet our leadership team.

It’s the people behind NeoPath that make the difference.

Joe McErlane, Founder & CEO

Joe is the founder and CEO of NeoPath Health, where he’s worked to improve employee health for companies looking to control the spiraling cost of employee medical plans since 2007. Prior to NeoPath, Joe was a senior sales representative for the ancillary benefits division of OptumHealth. In that role, he gained a significant understanding of the issues faced by employers in providing affordable benefits plans that align with company goals. It was there that he saw an opportunity to develop a clinic model that helps businesses regain control of healthcare costs.

Katie Halsne, Director of Clinical Operations

Katie is responsible for overseeing clinical operations of NeoPath’s onsite clinics, where she works closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive quality care. Prior to joining NeoPath, Katie served in a number of leadership positions for the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, including roles as an Education Coordinator and Nurse Care Manager for Fairview Home Care and Hospice. Katie received her nursing degree from St. Catherine University and BA in English and Women’s Studies from St. Olaf College.
