Our Solution
The NeoPath Health solution to employee healthcare needs is to provide the synergy that is usually missing from many other organizations’ health plans.
NeoPath Health’s Employee Health Engagement is an integrated combination of: a fully staffed on-site medical clinic; a variety of wellness programs; Personal Health Assessments; Centers of Excellence; and the analysis of population medical data. By combining these elements of healthcare, organizations can increase savings at no additional cost.

Solution Highlights
With an on-site clinic, employees benefit from cost-free access to medical and wellness services when needed. Employers benefit from a reduction in the amount of time employees are away from work. And everyone benefits from early intervention, improved morale and lowered costs for basic and preventive care. In addition, a properly trained and motivated clinical staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses is the key to a successful health program.
The Personal Health Assessment (PHA) provides the clinic staff with basic health information, offers insight into the most effective wellness programs to initiate, and begins involving the employee and spouse in the management of their own health and well-being.
Wellness Programs and Initiatives can be useful in reducing costs and improving productivity, if properly focused on the specific needs of your employees and their families. The most effective program changes over time and focuses on both the current and future needs of those using it. The on-site NeoPath Health physician will create a unique program that is best suited to the needs of your team members.
The Centers of Excellence Program encourages employees and their dependents to seek care for major medical issues at the best facilities with the most qualified physicians. The Program also provides them with tools that can help them make the right selections for their individual needs. Combined with early intervention through the on-site clinics, the Centers of Excellence program can reduce costs for both employers and employees.
Data Analysis comes in many forms. It can be used to review historic payment data to determine what types of services are under- and over-utilized by employees. A collection of prescription information can be used to reduce the frequency of adverse drug interactions (again improving population health and reducing costs). At every step, we incorporate analysis to ensure the program is truly meeting the needs of you and your employees.
A well designed Employee Health Engagement program combines these and other elements by using appropriate technology and procedures. Please see Employee Health Engagement for more information about our services.
