Joe McErlane, Jr.
Joe McErlane, Jr. is president of NeoPath Health, which he founded in March 2007. He began working at UnitedHealth Group in 2003, where he was a senior sales representative for the ancillary benefits division of OptumHealth. In this role, he gained a significant understanding of the issues faced by employers in providing affordable benefits plans that aligned with company goals, and he saw an opportunity to build a program to both improve the health of the employee population and control the spiraling cost of employee medical plans. That experience provided the impetus to form NeoPath Health, and since the company inception, McErlane has been developing the model on which to build the organization.
Roger Weber
Roger Weber is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for NeoPath Health. Prior to joining NeoPath Health, Roger was a charter member of the senior leadership team organized to build an ancillary benefits business for a unit of UnitedHealth Group. Other positions held by Roger include Senior Vice President and COO / CIO - ING US Life Group, and Vice President and Chief Auditor, Reliastar. Roger is a results-oriented senior executive with a successful financial services and Insurance industry track record.
Heidi Gunn, MD
Dr. Heidi Gunn, Medical Direction - currently splits time with NeoPath Health and practicing at St. Gabriel's Hospital in emergency medicine. Prior to this, Dr. Gunn was practiced at Family Medical Center where she was Vice President for four years and President and CEO for four years. She continues to serve on the Morrison County Healthy Community Collaborative board and is chair of its Healthy Lifestyles committee. Her practice includes all ages, acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, obstetrics including deliveries, nursing home, inpatient hospital including ICU, and emergency medicine. Gunn is Board certified in Family Medicine, NRP certified, ACLS certified, and ATLS certified.
