Employee Health Engagement
NeoPath Health offers a fully integrated system of Employee Health Engagement program options. While each component is useful by itself, when combined they create a synergy that results in a whole that is greater than its individual components. The key to success is the on-site clinic, with a staff that’s fully dedicated to improving the health and well-being of your workforce.

By implementing the Employee Health Engagement program within your organization, you will see both long and short-term improvements to your bottom line. By lowering medical expenses, reducing both out-of-office sick days and the pressure to come to work sick, and helping raise employee morale and productivity, providing better healthcare options really will cost you less.

NeoPath Health’s On-Site Clinic

By using a variety of data inputs including Personal Health Assessments, physical exams, historic claims information and a review of any current or past wellness programs you have implemented, NeoPath Health’s on-site clinic will create a wellness program tailored to the specific needs of your employees. Once established, the clinic’s physicians and support staff will provide routine medical care and ongoing education and monitoring, as well as specialist referrals, to ensure the continued health of your workforce.

Centers of Excellence

Better initial care and early intervention is the best way to both improve health and reduce care costs. Yet the wellness component of the Employee Health Engagement will never eliminate the need for specialist care in treating more serious conditions. That’s where our Centers of Excellence come in. The on-site physician has the tools available to encourage early detection of many illnesses and referral to a Center of Excellence for a specific ailment.

Telemedicine

NeoPath Health uses the latest communication technologies to deliver care. Examples of Telemedicine include: equipping on-site clinics for immediate consultations with specialists; providing shift workers with access to medical care when the on-site clinic is not staffed; allowing in-home monitoring of biometrics for at-risk patients; and providing continued education and monitoring of wellness goals. With Telemedicine, NeoPath Health can help ensure your people are getting the care they need, when they need it.

Electronic Medical Records

office workers by cubicles Our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system allows for real-time access to a patient’s medical history. To ensure accuracy, we encourage program participants to provide releases, so that important medical information from other providers can be incorporated into our EMR system. The value of this medical record consolidation is that it allows our physicians to monitor a patient’s medication, treatment and history directly.

When used as a fully integrated system, the Employee Health Engagement program can lead to improved employee health and reduced costs for both employees and employers.
